Home Depot In Vero Beach

Nate talked to the guy at Home depot about the wood floor and he said that you need to make sure the floor is level and the wood floor isn't as durable as the tile

2 different size of shower pan, these are for the floor in the shower the one below would be for the master bath if you can't take the little bump out.

1.  Moving the murphy bed and installing the doors on the closet shouldn't cost that much to do.  You may want think about what you want to do with the bookcase and cabinets in the front bedroom.  When the murphy bed is moved that would be a great time to do something with that as well.  Still leaves the floor to do.

2.  Demo on the kitchen wall and cabinets won't take too long and won't cost anything. Doing the wall first and then having someone price installing new cabinets and counter tops. After that is done removing the old cabinets and redoing some of the electrical not much cost.

3. reducing the size of the platform around the base of the fire place and redoing it to increase the room around that area and install new dry wall and retile if you want to re do the tile.

4. Think it would be better to start on the extra bathroom, remove tub, sink, toilet and medicine cabinet. Install a shower base and tile the walls. At this point look and see why the space at the end of the tub in the master bath is there and if it can be removed. Install all new stuff, toilet, sink, mirror etc.

5. Then redo the master bath,

If you want to do the entire condo with one tile, and you want to budget 2-3 grand per job, you might want to buy it first so you can get enough to do all the condo with the same lot of tile made. If you want to use different tile in each room then buy it with each room.

If you have any questions just call 6786449442.  We can be in the area end of March if that works for you and Charlie and we can discuss more.
